• Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis and until the quotas are filled.
• No refund, cancellation, or transfer of the class will be accepted once payments have been processed.
• Reservation must be made at least three (3) days in advance.
• Participants should attend the class on time. Latecomers must catch up with the learning progress by themselves. Absent participants will be considered as having given up the class. No additional class will be arranged, and no class fee will be refunded.
• Video recording is not allowed during the class.
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the tools or facilities due to negligence or intentional misconduct and should compensate accordingly.
• Participants should ensure the safety of their accompanying child and take care of their personal belongings. The vendor will not be held responsible for any accidents caused.
• The vendor reserves the right to change the class schedule, content, and instructor, as well as choose or amend the materials for the classes without further notice.
• In the event of any disputes, the final decision will be made by Prince Hotel and the vendor.
• This Experience cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
